If you would like to register to attend BUAC Electives:
1. Read the general information on the web site about BUAC Electives to see if this program is a
good fit for your family.
2. Review the electives courses offered and read the course descriptions and teacher biographies.
3. Select up to six courses, three first semester and three second semester.
4. Print the registration form, medical/liability form, and electives selection form off the Documents
page of the web site.
5.If you are taking a performing arts course, print the Bluegrass United Performing Arts
Company commitment form off the Documents page of the web site.
6. Fill out all forms and make a copy of your insurance card.
7. Bring the following to on-site registration:
1. Completed Registration form
2. Completed Medical/Liability form
3. Completed Electives Course Selection form
4. Completed BUPAC Commitment form if taking a performing arts class
5. Copy of medical insurance card (front and back)
6. Check made out to "BUAC Electives" for $120
